UGC Terms and Conditions


These terms and conditions apply to participation in the 3D Dart Store Creator Program. By registering and submitting content, you agree to the following terms.

1. Purpose of the Creator Program

The Creator Program is designed for creating and sharing content about 3D Dart Store products. In exchange for a personalized discount offer (or, in some cases, a free product), you create and share content on your own social media channels.

2. Participation

Anyone can apply. We'll review each application based on style, content quality, and community fit. Admission is not guaranteed.

3. Discount offer and products

If your application is approved, you'll receive a personalized discount offer. The amount of this offer is determined based on your profile and content style. The offer is personal and non-transferable.

In some cases, we'll send a product free of charge. This only happens when there's a clear match with our desired style and quality.

4. Content you create

We ask the following:

  • 1–2 short videos or 3–5 photos in which the product is used clearly and recognizably.
  • Posting this content on your own social media channels.
  • Tagging @3DDartStore when posting.
  • Submitting the original files via the upload link you receive.
  • The content must be submitted and posted within three weeks. If not, legal action will be taken.

5. Use of your content

By submitting content to us, you grant 3D Dart Store a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content. This means we may:

  • place on our website
  • use on social media
  • process in advertisements or emails
  • edit and combine with other materials

You retain ownership of your content. We don't buy your content; we simply receive permission to use it.

6. Transparency

If a collaboration falls under advertising regulations, you are responsible for clearly indicating this. For example, by using labels such as "collaboration" or "advertisement" when applicable.

7. Termination

We may terminate participation if the agreements made are not complied with, or if the content is not provided.

8. Privacy

We only process data necessary to facilitate collaboration. More information about this can be found in our privacy statement.
